Honestly, the session exceeded my expectations. The space was beautiful — the music, your voice, your gestures, the flow of the postures and rhythm — everything felt perfect. It did me so much good. I had the best night of sleep in months: I didn't wake up once, even though I usually wake up several times. The next day I felt completely rested and full of energy.
I felt amazing after the session! Super relaxed and calm.
It felt like I just condensed one weekend of relaxation in just a couple of hours.
Truly amazing. You are made for this — especially your voice, so soft and calming for this kind of experience. The movements and the massage elements made all the difference compared to other relaxation or yin yoga sessions I've tried. And the duration changes everything: there is finally enough time to disconnect, reconnect with yourself, and not feel rushed when it ends. The timing is perfect.
I felt very calm, relaxed, and mentally at ease.
I tend to accumulate stress in my neck, shoulders, and back… this was exactly what I needed.
I absolutely loved it. Thank you so much. Honestly, it was incredible and I felt so grateful afterwards.
I fell asleep at one point and still felt completely at ease and safe.
